Yes. It’s the same Northern Hikes tour with the same licensed local guides, the same vans, the same small groups of up to 8 guests and the same à la carte lunch. The difference is who you book with — and who looks after you before the tour.
Yes, free of charge. Message our tour coordinators via WhatsApp, phone or email and we’ll move your booking or adjust your group directly — no platform in between.
Your tour still runs. We never cancel a tour because of low numbers — if you book for yourself, you go. Backup guides and vans keep the day on track if something unexpected happens.
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund. Last-minute deals are the exception: they are non-refundable and can’t be rescheduled.
