Dress in comfortable outdoor layers and wear hiking shoes or sturdy sports shoes (the trails can be uneven). In summer, lightweight layers work best, and we recommend sun protection. We also provide useful extras such as rain ponchos and hiking poles if needed. In winter, bring warm layers, a hat, and gloves. We provide snow gear (including shoe spikes) and small winter comforts like hand warmers and a hot drink to keep you comfortable on the trail.
